Over the past year, I’ve been on the receiving end of so much kindness, support, and love, it honestly brings me to tears when I think about it. Walking through cancer changed everything in my life. It slowed me down, forced me to ask for help, and reminded me just how good people can be.

There are so many people I haven’t even had the chance to properly thank. But what carried me through is what still carries me...and that is gratitude.

If you know me, you know gratitude isn’t just a buzzword around here. Shawn and I have had a nightly gratitude practice for years. Every night before bed, we name three things we’re grateful for. Some days it’s something big. Some days it’s just “I made it through.” But that practice has grounded us through the hardest seasons.

Now, I want to give back, to pay it forward the best way I know how: with flowers.

So this Mother’s Day, we’re launching our Wild(rooted) in Kindness giveaway.

This giveaway is not just for moms (though we love them deeply). This giveaway is for anyone who could use a little joy. Someone going through a hard time. Someone who always puts others first. Someone who needs to be reminded that they matter.

You can even nominate yourself, because maybe you are that someone.

We’ll be selecting 5 people to receive a Fall CSA Flower Subscription—6 weeks of our gorgeous seasonal bouquets from Wildroot Flower Co. to brighten their homes and hearts.

Winners will be announced on Monday, May 12th through email. Winners must be able to pick up flowers locally from Wildroot Flower Co. in Marietta, OH or Scot’s Marketplace in Vienna, WV.
